By creating an account on orbi.jobs, you agree to these Terms of Service. orbi.jobs is operated by Orbi the Alien LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

orbi.jobs is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are looking for new job opportunities. You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You may only create one account per person
• You must not impersonate another person or provide false information
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the platform
• Upload false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Interfere with the operation of the service

orbi.jobs is designed to protect your privacy. We enforce your block list at the data layer — companies you block are permanently prevented from accessing your profile. However, you are responsible for ensuring the information you provide accurately reflects your employment situation.

When you set your profile to visible, recruiters on the platform may access your full profile — including your contact email — provided they are not from or representing a company on your block list. Access is enforced per recruiter based on the companies they are associated with.

Recruiters contact you directly from outside the platform. orbi.jobs does not handle, route, or store any messages between you and recruiters. orbi.jobs is not responsible for the content or frequency of recruiter communications.

You may turn off your visibility at any time from your profile settings to prevent any further recruiters from accessing your profile.

The orbi.jobs platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Orbi the Alien LLC. You retain ownership of the content you submit to your profile.

By submitting content to orbi.jobs, you grant Orbi the Alien LLC a limited license to display that content to recruiters in accordance with your visibility settings.

orbi.jobs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee job offers, recruiter interest, or employment outcomes. We are not liable for any decisions made by recruiters or companies based on your profile.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
