orbi.jobs exists to fix that. We built a private talent marketplace where your profile is invisible by default — and where you are always in control of who can see you.

You create a profile with your skills, experience, and salary expectations. You block your current employer and any other companies you don't want seeing you. Then you flip a switch to go visible — and recruiters can access your full profile, but only if they are not from or representing a company on your block list. They reach out to you directly from there. orbi.jobs stays out of the conversation entirely.

No public profile. No LinkedIn stalking. No awkward conversations with your boss.
